Ján is retired. As he does not want to ignore what is happening around him in Slovakia, he writes blog posts on the website of Denník N about what he finds dangerous. He writes about conspirators, Kremel trolls and both right and left anti-liberal extremists. Some people deeply admire him for that, others hate him. Some even try to threaten him. But he takes that as a part of what he does and will not stop doing.

And why Ján?
Ján attracted our attention via his pertinent blog posts, which stand against raising extremism in Slovakia. He inspires us by his courage and by showing that blog posts domain is not just a domain of the young, but that we need to connect together across generations and stand against hate.
